2014 PSSA ASSESSMENTS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE MARCH 17, 2014 THROUGH APRIL 4, 2014 & APRIL 28, 2014 THROUGH MAY 2, 2014
Riverside School District will administer PSSA assessments from March 17th through April 4th & April 28th through May 2nd. Students will be tested in different subject areas during specified windows designated by the state. Reading and Math tests will take place the week of March 17th and March 24th. Students in grade levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 will participate in the Reading and Math Assessments. Students in grades 5 & 8 will also take the Writing Assessment during the week of March 24th. And students in grades 4 & 8 will take the Science Assessment during the week of April 28th. Testing must take place during the designated windows but exact dates may vary by building. Check with your child's school for specific testing dates. Please make sure your child is in school and on time during these testing periods. Thank you for your cooperation!
