Estimated Tax Information for 2011...  The 2011 tax bills will be mailed during the final week of July and are due as follows:
Discount Period:            Aug to Sept  ( 2% )
Face Period:                  Oct-Nov
Penalty Period               Dec ( 10% )

All taxes not paid by December 31, 2011 will be turned over to the following:

Installment payments are not eligible for the discount and are due at face value. Late installment payments will be subject to the penalty.
