On January 24, 2007, the Riverside School District in conjunction with The Lackawanna County District
Attorneyâs Office, and The Pennsylvania Internet Crime Against Children Task
Force hosted an educational seminar to help parents protect their children while
online. The presentation was given by Detectives Chris Kolcharno and
Michele Mancuso of the Lackawanna County District Attorneyâs Office. The
presentation stressed the dangers of the Internet and what parents can to at
home to keep their children safe when using the Internet.
