PHYSICAL EXAM SCHEDULE FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Dr. Kenneth Sebastianelli (School Physician)will be performing the required 11th grade and sports physicals.  If you prefer your own physician perform the physical exam, please have the form completed by your physician and return the required form to the nurse. The needed form can be obtained from the link at the bottom of this page or at the Nurse's Office.

Dates of the school exam will be announced.

Fall Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 School year will be

Tuesday June 11th 2024 at the High School from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

DENTAL EXAM SCHEDULE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
