Jr-Sr High School Chromebook Collection Schedule:

For Seniors:

We will be collecting the student 1:1 Chromebooks, chargers, and bags on:

  • Friday, May 28th - June 2nd in the Jr-Sr High School Library.
  • If a senior needs to finish work not completed and does not have a device at home, they can keep their device until June 2nd.  All devices must be returned by this date.
  • If you are missing a charger, the fee is $30.  If you are missing a bag, the fee is $10. See the tech office to make payments.  Checks can be made to Riverside School District

For Grades 7 – 11:

We will be collecting the student 1:1 Chromebooks for grades 7 – 11, in the Jr-Sr High School Library during the following dates from 8:00 am – 12:00noon.

  • Thursday, June 10th
  • Friday, June 11,
  • Monday, June 14th 

Remember three items are needed to turn in - Chromebook, charger, and bag. 

Please be sure all are labeled.  If not, stop by the library and Miss Fedor will provide a label for you.

Once turned in, students will receive a pink receipt.


Virtual students must turn in their devices at the Jr-Sr High School during the following dates from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm:

  • Tuesday, June 15th
  • Wednesday, June 16th
  • Thursday, June 17th    

    Once turned in, students will receive a pink receipt

AP students and students taking Summer Classes, you MUST turn in your device by the dates listed above.  You can pick up the device again the week of June 21st - June 25th.

  • June 21 – June 25, AP students, and students taking summer courses can pick up their devices in the TECH Office of the Jr-Sr High School.  Payment of the $25 Accidental Damage Insurance fee for the 21-22 school year will be required at pickup. Checks can be made to Riverside School District. 


Elementary East and Elementary West Chromebook Collection Schedule:

On Monday, June 7th, all students attending In-Person will turn in their Chromebook to their homeroom teachers.

Homeroom teachers will get a list of their students that will include the service tag (serial number) of the Chromebook to verify the correct device was turned in. If a student has a Loaner Chromebook, then the teacher will write the service tag # down that they turned in on the sheet.  Miss Fedor has been providing missing labels to teachers who notified her, to be sure all Chromebooks have the correct labels on them.

The student must return a charger as well with the Chromebook. Parents should contact the tech department about payment for missing chargers.

On Tuesday or Wednesday, we will provide a pink receipt for each student who turned in their Chromebook.  This will be sent home to the parents.


ALL VIRTUAL STUDENTS (grades K-11) will turn in their devices on June 15th, 16th, or 17th at the JR-Sr High School between the hours of 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.  Receipts will also be provided once turned in.
