State-mandated screenings will be given throughout the school year: Height/weight (3rd-6th), Vision (3rd-6th), Hearing (3rd), Dental (3rd), Scoliosis/Physicals (6th). Parents/Guardians will be notified of the results. Please use the tabs on the left-hand side to access helpful information throughout the school year, including dental/physical forms and medication administration consent forms.
